Brotherly Love International Fellowship is a purely evangelistic Christian organization established to revive the Church towards evangelism and foreign missions. Brotherly Love Fellowship started as a small group on Monday 26th July, 1999 at one room apartment of the then Bro Olumuyiwa Samuel with three other young ministers – Bro Tolu Olakonipekun, Bro Wale Ayooluwa and Bro Sesi Kusimo.  In the year 2021, the Lord laid it in his heart to start taking the message of Christ to places where an average minister of God considers no go area as far as evangelism is concerned.  Places like Motor-parks, Correctional Homes, Orphanages, Hospitals, Marketplaces while putting on uniform.  This led to the transformation of Brotherly Love Fellowship to Brotherly Love International Mission (BLIM) which has become one of the most prominent Missionary Fellowship online forum.

Chaplain-General Olumuyiwa Samuel was trained  by Eagle Chaplain in Nigeria in the year 2016.  In 2020, he joined International Christian School of Chaplaincy (ICSC), Florida, USA through her African representative, Christian Interdenominational International Chaplain (CIIC) and rose to the highly coveted position of Chief of Staff and was decorated Chaplain Brigadier-General by Chaplain Professor Mike Oriyomi Raimi, the African Commandant of ICSC.

In 2023, the Lord laid it in his earth to establish a Christian chaplaincy ministry which was incorporated as International Fellowship of Christian Chaplains Inc. (IFCCI).  He also established the academy arm of it which was called International Christian Chaplains Academy (ICCA).  Both organizations grew exponentially beyond his wildest imagination.  Today, both organizations had trained over 5,000 chaplains across 20 countries and 4 continents of the world.  In a bid to keep grooming more chaplains in a professional way, he sought for the incorporation of another chaplaincy school which he named International Professional Chaplains College (IPCC).  IPCC has become a professional school for Christian chaplains at all levels. All glory be to God in the highest.  Hallelujah!
